Lens/Bethune
The tramway Lens/Bethune, also known as tramway Artois-Gohelle, is a planned system of two lines without connection. They will operate in a polycentric old industrial area in northern France near Lille. Together they are almost 40 km long. There will be various links to the regional railway network. Initially, target for completion was 2014, but political troubles delayed the project. No timeframe can be given yet.
